This Privacy Policy also provides for the rights of the Company over the Information, regardless of what type of device or application that is used to access the Website and Services. By attending our events, using the Website and Services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, transferring, disclosure, and other usage of the Information described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website and Services, nor provide us any Information.
The Company reserves its right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time, with or without prior notice and without incurring any liability to you or to any third-party. Information Collected
The Company may collect, store, and transfer the following Information when you attend our events, use the Website, and access its Services:
- Attendees, participants, and guests: upon attendance or registration to events that the Company organized or participated; the Company may request you to provide your Personal Information to send you messages and notifications related to events, similar upcoming events, or our products and services. We may collect your name, phone number, e-mail, employer’s information, and home and business postal addresses.
- Visitor and User-Provided Information: upon registration or during access to the Website and Services, the Company may collect some of your Personal Information to contact or identify you, including your name, phone number, credit card and other billing information, e-mail, home and business postal addresses.
- Employer Provided Information: the Services may also be used by the employer to store certain Employment Information such as employment status, benefits information, and other contact details. This Employment Information is encrypted and stored on secured servers and may only be accessed by the person/s designated by your employer to have administrative access as an Account Administrator.
- Employment Files and Documents: the Company upon being engaged by a client-employer, collects and stores the Employment Files and Documents (“Files”) such as, but not limited to, personal contact details, resumes, notices to explain, memos, contract addendums, government identification cards and permits, diplomas, transcript of records, etc. The Users or the Account Administrator have the right to upload, download, or access these Files in the Services. If the Users or Account Administrator add a File to a Gleent account that has been previously uploaded by you or another user, the Company may associate all or a portion of the previous Files with your account rather than storing a duplicate.
Use and Purpose of Collected Data
Personal Information
You consent that your collected Personal Information may be used:
- To provide and improve the Company’s products and services;
- To facilitate transactions;
- To avail of third-party products and services;
- To communicate about relevant products, ads and/or advisories through whichever means are available to the Company;
- To provide a better customer experience to Company’s clients and improve, develop,identify and release products and services;
- To follow safety, security, public service or legal requirements and processes;
- To process information for statistical, analytical, and research purposes; and

The Company will communicate with users through email, phone, or other channels that users shared to the Company. The Company does not share the details of your contact information to third parties, unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy. Your Information may be transmitted automatically when you send an e-mail or SMS to the Company, depending on how your e-mail/SMS application is set-up. You can choose not to receive any e-mail or SMS from the Company at any time about the Services by clicking the unsubscribe button on the emails or notifying thru SMS. However, please take note that you will automatically receive e-mails or SMS from the Company when you avail of its Subscription Services.
The Company will endeavor to respond to your queries about third-party services. - Employment Information and Documents
- Employment Information and Files may be accessed and downloaded by the Users and Account Administrators. The Company does not access or use the Employment Information and Files, except (1) when instructed by the Users and/or Account Administrators to do so;(2) in an encrypted form, or (3) in aggregated reports that do not contain or cannot be used to extract personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information is any data given to the Company that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a person or to identify an individual, such as but not limited to date and place of birth, mother’s maiden name, etc.
- Users and Account Administrators shall be solely responsible for any use of the Employment Information and Files.
- Analytics
- The Company or the third parties which it contracts with may also collect some Information by using logging activities and cookies, such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses. Online Inquiry
