A smoother way to move from applicant to interview
Recruiting work moves quickly, and switching between pages can slow it down. Sprinthr’s latest recruitment improvements bring everyday hiring actions closer to the work recruiters are already doing—from adding a candidate to coordinating an interview.
Take action from wherever you are
The Add New menu is available across the recruitment workspace. Recruiters can open a form to add an applicant, create a job, or schedule an interview without first navigating to a separate page. A brief on-screen confirmation lets them know when an item has been created, with a link to view it.
Coordinate interviews without losing your place
Interviews can now be scheduled from an applicant’s profile in either the Applicants or Pipeline view. Recruiters can keep reviewing candidates and schedule interviews one at a time without leaving the page.
When an invitation is emailed, candidates receive a secure link where they can respond that they can attend or can’t attend. Their response is recorded separately from the applicant’s pipeline stage. If an interview is rescheduled or canceled, the candidate can receive an updated notice.
The navigation now calls this area Interviews, making it easier to find the place where upcoming conversations are managed.
Keep applicant context in one place
Applicants and Pipeline now share the same applicant drawer, with tabs for the overview, resume, AI screening, and activity. Recruiters can review a candidate’s information and take the next step from either view.
AI screening can be started from the drawer. Its progress and completed results appear in the same AI Screening tab, and recruiters can run screening again from the tab’s actions. Screening provides guidance for recruiter review; hiring and pipeline decisions remain with the team.
See the newest applicants first
Each Pipeline stage now puts the most recently applied candidates at the top, helping recruiters spot new applications sooner.
Together, these updates make it easier to keep hiring work moving while staying focused on the candidates and roles in front of you.
